About us
A trade we learned at home.
Before Renta de Autos Escobedo, our parents, Carlos and Consuelo, spent their whole careers renting cars at other rental companies. They taught us to treat every client as a friend and to keep our word.
In 2011 we opened our own office to carry on their trade under our family name. This company is our tribute to them.

Be 25 or older, a valid driver's license held for at least 2 years, an official ID or passport, proof of address and a credit card for the security deposit. Drivers aged 21 to 24 may pay a young driver fee.
How much is the booking payment and how do I pay?
It equals 1 rental day of the vehicle you choose. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. It is a pre-authorization on your credit card: a hold, not a charge. The amount depends on the vehicle and we tell you before you book. We release it when you return the car; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.
What does the insurance cover?
Your rate already includes full coverage every day: third-party liability, vehicle damage, total theft and medical expenses for occupants. No hidden charges. Deductibles: 10% of commercial value for accident damage, 20% of the glass value for broken glass, and 20% of commercial value for total loss or total theft.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. If you cancel, 1 rental day is charged. Changes to date, time or category are free with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the car with the same fuel level you received it with.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue Mexican tax invoices (CFDI 4.0) with your tax details.
